As the marketing manager for HFPA, a private fitness academy in South Africa, I led the complete overhaul of the company’s brand CI and the optimization of its online presence in order to attract and better engage its young target market.
I brought an agency partner on board to help execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The strategy integrated a brand ambassador program, Google Ads and Facebook advertising with campaign measurement using Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel. The ambassador program was introduced to deliver more authentic, relevant and emotive storytelling.
